Exceptional 100% vinification, unique sensations, precious, both powerful and delicate, produced with rigour in limited quantity.

• Pruning system: Guyot.
• Vines per Ha: 4,160.
• Yield per Ha: 6 t.
• Harvest period: August 22 and September 1.
• Fermentation: In French (Allier e Tronçais) 225 litre oak barrels.
• Fermentation temperature: 18°C.
• Length of the fermentation: 15 days.
• Malolactic fermentation: Not developed.
• Ageing: 8 months in French oak (Allier and Tronçais) 225 l barriques 70% new, 30% second passage. In bottle for 6 months.
• Alcohol content: 13.50% Vol.
• Wine analytical data: pH 3.51 - TA 6.30 g/l - RS 2.10 g/l - TE 24.40 g/l.
Organoleptic Details
• Colour: Intense golden yellow with green reflections.
• Bouquet: Banana, pineapple, citron, zabaione, candied fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, white chocolate.
• Taste: Fruity, very rich and intense, balanced acidity.
